Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website-building service offered through PlumbersWebsites.com and the customer application at app.plumberswebsites.com (the “Service”).
1. Introduction and acceptance
The Service is intended for plumbing business owners and professionals who want a done-for-you website personalized with their business information.
By accessing or using the Service—including browsing our marketing site, requesting a sign-in link, creating or using an account, previewing a website, subscribing, or publishing—you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We have not verified the exact moment or interface (for example, checkout clickwrap or account checkbox) at which acceptance is recorded in the customer application. That mechanism must be confirmed and aligned with these Terms before they are treated as final.
2. The service
PlumbersWebsites.com provides a prepared website foundation for plumbing businesses. Based on our product description:
- You may choose from six professional design layouts.
- Your site is built as a five-page website (Home, Services, Our Approach, About, and Contact) personalized with information you supply.
- You may preview your personalized website before selecting a paid plan.
- After subscribing and completing applicable steps, you may publish your website on its own address under the PlumbersWebsites domain, as described in our homepage FAQ.
Features, designs, and workflows may change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
3. Eligibility and customer accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account, including your email address used for sign-in.
Account access is initiated with your email address. Our sign-in materials describe a secure one-time link sent to that address, without a password for the steps described on our sign-in pages. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to your inbox may be able to use a valid sign-in link while it is active.
You may not share account access in a way that compromises security or violates these Terms. We have not verified additional eligibility rules (such as minimum age or business registration checks) in the available source code.
4. Subscriptions, prices and billing
Paid plans are:
- Monthly plan: $49 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual plan: $399 per year, billed annually.
After you preview your website and choose a plan, checkout and payment take place in the customer application through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at each billing interval (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes where required.
Prices, currency, taxes, and the exact checkout presentation shown at purchase control if they differ from marketing summaries. Failed payments may affect access according to our billing settings and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
Cancellation, refunds, access until the end of a paid period, and deletion of your published website and saved Business Profile are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law requires us to provide, including mandatory consumer protections and refunds required by law. Where Spanish, EU, or other mandatory rules give you withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
6. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide business information that is accurate and that you are entitled to use.
- Keep important details current—including phone number, services, service areas, business hours, and emergency availability when you rely on them on your site.
- Review your website preview and published site to ensure it reflects your business correctly before and after going live.
- Comply with laws that apply to your plumbing business and to information you publish (licensing, advertising, consumer protection, and similar rules are your responsibility unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing).
7. Customer content and permissions
You retain responsibility for content you submit, including business names, contact details, service descriptions, and other profile information (“Customer Content”).
You grant us permission to use Customer Content to operate the Service—for example, to generate previews, host and display your published website, and provide support. This permission does not transfer ownership of your business information or trademarks to us.
Do not submit content you do not have rights to use, including others’ logos, photos, reviews, or proprietary text without permission.
Design layouts, site structure, software, and other materials we provide remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the underlying platform or templates.
8. Website generation and factual accuracy
Your website is generated from information you supply and from our product templates and frameworks. We do not independently verify your licenses, insurance, credentials, reviews, pricing claims, or other business representations unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate agreement.
The Service is not a guarantee of search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, conversions, or other business results. Any problem-matching or explanatory helpers on your site are starting points for conversation, not professional diagnoses, as described on our Features page.
9. Publishing, domains and availability
When eligible, you may publish your website at an address under the PlumbersWebsites domain.
Our marketing materials state that the publishing process guides you through setting up your
website address. An example published site uses the pattern
yourbusiness.plumberswebsites.com.
We have not verified subdomain selection rules, availability checks, or DNS provisioning in the application source available in this workspace.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or retention of a particular address. Outages, maintenance, security actions, non-payment, cancellation, or policy enforcement may affect access. When your subscription ends after cancellation or non-renewal, your published website, its content, and your saved Business Profile are permanently deleted at the end of the paid period you have already funded, as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Changes to customer websites
You may update business information and related website content through the Service where the product provides that capability. The exact editing workflow, limits, and timing of updates on the live site have not been verified in this repository.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law or encourage unlawful activity.
- Publish fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others.
- Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service or other users.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.
We may investigate misuse and take action consistent with these Terms and applicable law. We have not verified specific automated enforcement tools in the available code.
12. Third-party services
We rely on third parties to host and operate parts of the Service. Our marketing site uses Cloudflare Pages-style routing configuration. The customer application and sign-in API are hosted separately at app.plumberswebsites.com.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Email delivery, hosting, contact-form delivery, and other infrastructure providers are involved in operating the Service. Your use of Stripe checkout may also be subject to Stripe’s terms.
13. Suspension and termination
Your cancellation: You may cancel renewal as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period, then your published website, website content, and saved Business Profile are permanently deleted.
Our suspension or termination: We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due, subject to applicable law. We have not verified specific grace periods, notice steps, or post-termination site behavior in the available source code.
14. Service limitations and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You should review generated and published content for accuracy before relying on it commercially.
We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, but nothing in these draft Terms excludes or limits warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer protection rules.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlumbersWebsites.com and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us for the Service in that period or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), except where applicable law requires a different result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted.
16. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. When we make material changes, we will provide notice in a manner appropriate to the change (for example, updated text on this page, in-app notice, or email where we have your address and law requires it). The process for how far in advance we notify customers and whether continued use constitutes acceptance has not been verified and must be confirmed before publication.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another country's law, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory forum rules, you may bring claims in the courts of your place of residence where such rights apply. Otherwise, courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
